What a wonderful fad that came and went... the scratch and sniff sticker. I remember getting them for a job well done at elementry school. What were your favorite stickers/scents?
I tended to choose the nasty ones..... skunk, boot that smelled like leather, lawnmower that smelled like oil and fresh cut grass, old shoe that smelled really bad...etc.....
On the off chance that I couldn't find a nasty smelling sticker, I'd take way too long to peruse the teacher's selection leading to her choosing one for me. That explained all the bubble gum and root beer ones in my collection.

I have some that smell just like dill pickles. I got them for a friend on eBay and saved a few for myself. I love stickers, especially smelly, shiny or fuzzy ones.
i had a few pickle ones myself.... went with my stinky collection. Also remember an oil can, tires that smelled like burnt rubber, and a horse's saddle.
I use to have these ones that were totally 80s they were grape scented Heathcliff puffy ones. I remember my techer use to give out valentines day cinnamon scented ones.

What a cool memory...I remember these...I used to get them from a bubble gum machine at the Safeway...The ones I liked are

Cotton candy
French fries
Gasoline
I also had one with Garfield holding a turkey that smelled like turkey

Ahh the memories, I loved those stickers. I had this little notepad that was made to collect and stick stickers and I still have it somewhere. I don't think any stickers smell anymore. The fruity ones were good.

I used to have a scratch and sniff book about a witch who went to the grocers and each page had a different foodstuff on it. I liked Strawberry and Orange the best, and thought Pickle was the worst.

I remember somebody in Elementary School brought a Beavis and ButtHead card to class, it was of one of their armpits & it smelled like garlic. Ewwwwwwwwwwww! :lol:

Aw man...These are the ones I used to get...It was cool looking at that link...Thanks for posting it...It brought back memories...There are some I wish I could sniff...Like what does a cave smell like?...And what does a skeleton smell like?

I loved those stickers! The ones I remeber best are the old leather, gasoline, skunk, taco, and cloud.

It was great looking at those old stickers. I still have some in my old sticker albums I collected back in 3rd and 4th grade. I have a set of puffy Kool aid, scratch n sniff stickers that I sent away for. I can't remember how many kool aid points it took.

Ooooh :D I adored scratch-and-sniff stickers!! I remember other times when I'd get a good grade on an assignment and it had a sticker, I'd be slightly disappointed that it didn't smell :lol:
