Winable or not winable?
It was tossing ping pong balls in small metal buckets! I mean, sure. The first couple of buckets were literally at your feet (although some kids still missed, don't ask me how) but once you got to the 3rd one, the laws of physics pretty much guaranteed that your ball was gonna bounce outta the bucket. Bozo you diabolical.....

I actually saw 2 kids go all the way. They won all kinds of sick sh*t like Cobra Night Raven, bmx bike, and the mother of all: USS Flagg! Those lucky sons of bitches! :x Can you imagine getting free Joes and Transformers!? yes, I am a big whore when it comes toys!

Man, I used to watch that show all the time and I never saw anyone go all the way. I'll bet bozo was shocked!
I watched Bozo every Sunday. I miss that show.

So did I. That was before watching IT though, which will forever make clowns scary for me.... Bozo's hair always cracked me up. The guy could catch rain water. It was like a big bowl.

they should put it on dvd, along with the short lived cartoons
I have seen the older episodes on dvd, but it would be good to have a collectors edition with a mix of the seasons when it was out

I used to watch Bozo all the time. It wasn't often you saw a kid win that game though.

Man..that was like THE only reason I watched the bozo show was for the grand prize game. Those birthday cakes they always won looked really good(granted i'm sure it was a cardboard display cake obviously and that they got a gift card for the actual bakery) and man they gave away tons of archway cookies lol
didn't they have a thing where either another audience member or a kid at home who sent in a postcard that was picked would get to get all the prizes that the kid playing one? I think it was someone that sent in a postcard because I think I remember considering it a few times but figured the odds weren't that great.
I remember cookie most and the dog..I can't remember the dogs name for some reason.

I loved to watch Bozo on WGN. Did any one see the finale, where they moved the buckets back so the kids won everything? I thought it would be awsome to win all those prizes. I also have to admit it was funny to me the sound effects they would use when Bozo put the "Crisp, new $100 bill" in the last bucket.

The dogs name on the Bozo Show was Cuddley Duddley. I watched this show every morning before school in Elementary School. The Muppet Show would be on at 6:30 and Bozo would come on at 7 am. Wizzo's wife was a teacher at my school as well. Good memories.
