Well gang, I'm listening to National Public Radio this evening and Randy Newman is being praised on "Talk of the Nation", "All Things Considered" and "Fresh Air" on the same day.

STILL all I can think about is Mad TV back in the good old days when Will Sasso just razzed the man, and I just loved it. Still do. Tak a look.

Will Sasso is awesome. He's one of the best impressionists of our time with Phil Hartman, Frank Caliendo, Dana Carvey, and Darrell Hammond.

My favorite impression he did was Elvis on MadTV and a web cartoon called Clock Suckers.

Bobby Lee is basically the only guy who makes that show watchable now.

Sasso is the man. He shouldn't have left. His impressions were hilarious and entertaining as hell. From Kenny Rogers to Steve Austin, he never failed to make me laugh like an idiot. I'm waiting for him to appear on Frank TV. I think he and Caliendo could put that show through the roof.

Will Sasso as Kenny Rogers - Magnificent! MAD TV jumped the shark after Will Sasso left the show. Couldn't say the name Kenny Rogers anymore without laughing like a fool.

Will Sasso was always a Mad TV great. His Steven Segal impression is great. Then there's "Story Time with Mr Sasso" where he plays a drunk old man telling stories to a group of children. I think they only did one but it was hilarious.

It was funny when he was Elvis. I remember the sketch where he was talking to some of his friends in the backseat of a limo. He said he dreamt of a hot dog that started talking to him and telling him he would die on the crapper. Then he went on and on about how a buddy of his "inhaled" a flan cake.

Will was brilliant. I think the only redeeming thing about Mad TV is Keegan Michael Key and his Coach Sandoval Hines. That's the only thing. :(

wolfie82 you're killing me, LMAO! I remember Elvis in the limo, killer funny. That's why I was surprised that a Bobby Lee fan would post on this thread, no contest!

The first time I saw Keegan Michael Key as Coach Hines yelling at the kids in a school assembly, it was MAD tv Gold. Dude, can those shorts get any tighter?
                            Funniest guy since Will Sasso.

Yeah, Keegan's got some talent. I love his crazy-dude-in-the-shower-cap character.

Gotta shout out to Michael McDonald. When he plays "Stuart" I can'y stop laughing. Remember when Stuart and Mom were at the pet store and Stuart ate from the doggie dish?

I particularly don't like the Stuart skits, but the one where he was wearing his bathing suit and making fart noises with his legs was funny -- simply because Mo was trying to contain herself from laughing. I love when Michael does that; just eggs on his coworkers to try and screw them up.

Wow, I was thinking about that one too. Mo and Michael were both on the couch, as "Stuart" was pushing Mo with his legs, his swim trunks were riding UP! LMAO as Mo could just contain herself saying "we may have to get you a suit that fits!". Wish I had some pics of that.

My friend Mary doesn't like Stuart at all. She says it's dumb. Hey, I gotta agree!

I thought Stuart was funny the first few times but they overdid the bit. Just cause something's funny two or three times doesn't always mean it's funny the sixteenth time. I did like the Stuart one with Debbie Harry. I haven't seen that one in a long time, not in reruns and I can't find it on youtube. I thought Mo Collins was leaving was a loss to the Mad TV cast too, maybe not as a major loss is Will Sasso but a loss never the less, I thought she was great.

Hey, was it Mo that did the annoying old lady? She used to drive store clerks crazy by messing with stuff but never bought anything, and she had that freeky cough?
