Based on the British book series by Enid Blyton. It is about a little wooden boy with a blue Jingle Bell hat who lives in Toytown. He owns a dog named Bumpy Dog. And is friends with Tessie Bear, Master Tubby Bear, Martha Monkey, Big Ears, Dinah Doll, Miss Pink Cat, Mr Plod, Mr. Jumbo, Clockwork Mouse, Mr. Wobbly Man and many others. But has to watch out for the goblins, Sly and Gobbo. The show first aired in England on Channel Five The show was also aired in the USA on PBS Kids Sprout.
