A terribly-made and bizarre Turkish film that adapts “The Wonderful Wizard of Oz” by L. Frank Baum, albeit with the 7 dwarves of “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs” by the Brothers Grimm and Disney instead of the Munchkins (but dressed similarly and legally distinct enough to the Munchkin Army in the 1939 film version), and is—oddly enough—an extremely faithful adaptation of the Baum book. The film's runtime is 100 minutes, but bootleg versions have it run at 80 minutes with an obviously noticeable gap in the film at the beginning after the animated opening credits. Digital video files of the bootlegs are NTSC-to-PAL conversions without speedup, resulting in ghosting.
