Two years after stopping Shredder, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are informed by April O'Neil that scientist Baxter Stockman is working for Shredder and plans to bust him out of prison. The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles must team up one more time to help defeat him and keep the world safe, and maybe take a small break for some pizza.
