Obviously, Timbox lacks the skills of using the magic wand tool and setting the tolerance level. It also helps to refine the edges. Photoshop tutorials and classes can go a long way.

I can believe that, but not setting the tolerance level. Besides, there's much more skills you can have in Photoshop than just abusing the magic wand tool.

This is just copying existing art onto a different background, and not in a highly skilled manner. Collage techniques can be used very powerfully and effectively, but this ain't it, sorry.
