Remember Disney Channel back in the day where they used to show old classic Disney stuff. In 1983, Disney Channel was more of a dedication to Walt Disney himself, showing classic Disney short cartoons from 1928 through the 30s and 40s like Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy, and Pluto. They used to show Winnie the Pooh as well. They showed classic Disney animated movies like Alice in Wonderland, Dumbo, Cinderellla, all those Disney Movies. It was more of a channel that was like what Starz is now. You had to pay lots of money to get the channel just to see your classic Walt Disney Library favorites. Disney Channel also showed Steamboat Willie as well. The Disney Channel Now, don't get me even started, No Mickey no viewing. All it is is that garbage live action teen sitcoms like Miley Cryus, Jonas Brothers, High School Musical, Zack and Cody, Dog with a Blog (which thankfully got cancelled), Ant Farm, Shake it Up, it's like Disney channel is a former she'll of its self. Back than, the Classic Disney Characters like Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck were always still reconigzed but now little kids don't even know who Mickey Mouse is. When you ask them if they liked Mickey Mouse, they say "Who's that?" It's just riduclous and messed up for Disney to do that when kids nowadays don't even know who Disney's own mascot is. Tell me your thoughts on the old Disney Channel from 1983-1997 when it showed nothing but Disney Stuff?
