Man my grandma used to fix these for me back in the late 80's or early 90's when I'd watch Cubs games with her, they were delicious. I can't remember the name but I'll keep looking.

I found something from the UK called Fries to Go by McCain that had the individual slots but it's not ringing a bell for me here in the US.

I remember these too minus the Chinese lettering but I don't think this is what jhendon7 is talking about. Those did not have the individual slots.

We used to get them as well but I can't for the life of me remember what they are called or if they are the same ones you are talking about. The ones that we would get I think were considered a sort of "fast food" frozen french fry and were like really thin shoestring fries. For an oh so healthy meal ( :roll: ) we'd sometimes eat them with a mama celeste's pizza. No wonder I was a fat kid :lol:

Hahaha! A healthy meal of pizza and french fries. Did you eat them separately, or put fries on your pizza?
LOL!! Naw, they were a side dish ;) It's amazing the crap you eat when you are not thinking about your health.

I have been searching for these fries on the internet for a while now... my parents can't remember the brand, just that they got them at the "Maines Cash and Carry Store" ... it's been a challenge in our house to see who will find an image of the little cardboard dividers on the internet first, me or the hubby...
They were ok. I stick better to deep frying.
