if you lived in california, then you're sure to remember these commercials, about cal worthington ford. how can you forget the jingle??!

" if you wanna car or truck, go see cal!" sung to the tune of "if you're happy and you know it..."

if you were like me though, and im sure most 80's kids, and you sang along, you sang the lyrics,"pussy cow, pussy cow, pussy cow!"

this was one of the funniest revelations i came to as a kid, when i realized they were saying,"go see cal"

now that i think about it...it's still quite funny, not to mention the commercials and sideshows he did! haha!!!

Close! I always thought it was "go sea cow." But I do remember those commercials. I remember there was one with him on a bi-plane and one with a tiger I think.

Hee...I always thought it was 'pussy cow' too. I really enjoyed seeing those commercials, always waiting to see what bizarre wild animal 'Spot' would be each time.

I saw a Cal Worthington spot not too long ago and couldn't believe it. It's been YEARS. I saw those spots in the late 70s to early 80s. The formula is exactly the same, though, so it must work for him.
