Can anyone tell me if they've run across the "Cartoonish" Watchamacallit commercial.
The only part I remember was that girl straightning her glasses while she points at the chocolate bar in the papers.

Is that the "chewy chocolatley crunchy munchy commercial"? I always remembered that part of the commercial. Wish I could find it somewhere.
If only I wasn't on a diet I'd go to CVS right now and get a Watchamacallit bar...

I only remember the pop-art commercial from the mid-eighties. It was on ALL THE TIME.

I remember that our school had this big billboard in the halls with all these ads for candy and such, and one of them was the Watchamacallit ad. I sorta remember the jingle; I think it went something like this:
Ribble-dee roo. gobbledy gunk, whatsits face, Watchamacallit
Chewy, choclatey, crunchy candy!
Doo-da, skinamaree, more than a mouthful, it's, it's
Watchamacallit, Watchamacallit
Ah ah

I remember that, too! Whenever I see a Whatchamacalit bar at the store, the jingle gets stuck in my head for hours afterwards. Heh, talk about effective advertising.
