i would have to say the step-mothers from cinderella and snow white. one tried to kill snow white and made her a servant. the other forced cinderella to do child labor and not allow her to go to the ball. man, that walt disney created some pretty wicked villains.

first of all, none of those were bad guys... I dont think I even need a second of all. XD
Plotz is the closest thing to a real bad guy in Animaniacs. The rest of the bad guys were real people. Like when they drove Saddam Husein crazy, and when they died and met Satan.. etc.
