I have a couple of the books and even wore a couple t-shirts with Far Side comics on them back in high school. My favorite was the "Midvale School For The Gifted" one. There have been many imitators, but I've yet to see a comic quite like The Far Side.

I have some TFS books, too! I enjoy looking at them from time to time.

I have The Last Chapter And Worse...the front cover of it has a cow typing on a typwriter...lol. I like Gary Larson, he has a great sense of humor.

I had the books and like 7 Far Side t-shirts when I was younger. I'd seriously wear one every day of the week, do laundry, then repeat the cycle.

That Gary Larson (that's his name, right?) is so darn witty.

I have a few of the books:

              The Far Side
              Beyond the Far Side
It Came from the Far Side
              Valley of the Far Side
              Wild Life Preserves
Unnatural Selections: A Far Side Gallery

I have always enjoyed the Far Side books. I still need to get some more.

I saw the original cartoon that was made and even still have it on VHS when it originally aired. That was so sweet, it was hilarious because it was the comics come-to-life, and it was done so right.

I didn't know of the second one until a few years ago, and was disappointed to know that I cannot find it anywhere (not even YouTube). I think you can purchase it somewhere on the 'net, but I forgot where.

I only wish they would make a series of that some-day, but that doesn't look likely anymore, especially since Gary Larson seems to have disappeared into the abyss.

Hahaha. I always liked that one too. That was my "Friday" t-shirt.
