What was your favorite Warner Home Video logo through the years?

1st Logo: WCI Home Video "Big W Pan Out" (1978-1986)
All bylines read "A Warner Communications Company"
WCI = acronym for "Warner Communications, Inc."
1.1: June 1978-May 1980
1.2: June 1980-May 1986 (company referred to as Warner Home Video)

2nd Logo: Warner Home Video "Cheesy Shield" (1986-1996)
2.1: June 1986-May 1990 (byline: "A Subsidiary of Warner Bros., Inc., a Warner Communications Company")
2.2: June 1990-May 1992 (byline: "A Time Warner Company")
2.3: June 1992-May 1996 (byline: "A Time Warner Entertainment Company")
The music for this logo was a synthesized version of the inspirational music used for the 1984 movie logo (itself used only briefly), a re-arrangement of the 1938 movie logo theme, originally composed by Max Steiner.

3rd Logo: "Shield Fade-In" (1996-present)
3.1a: June 1996-December 1997, January 1999-May 2001, June 2003-present: A Time Warner Company (only used occasionally from 1996-2001)
3.1b: Date range as above, but no byline whatsoever.
3.2: January-December 1998 (has banner reading "75 Years Entertaining the World")
3.3: June 2001-May 2003 (has byline reading "An AOL Time Warner Company")
Music variation: Starts with the same piano opening but closes with a futuristic organ stinger rather than the common string orchestra stinger (the organ version can be found on most of Warner Bros.' sci-fi themed titles, like The Exorcist and the Lethal Weapon trilogy)

I always preferred the Paramount fanfare that turns up in Black Rain, Mean Girls and Wayne's World.

The very first variation is rare and is not seen on some WCI tapes like Blazing Saddles and Oh God! Some tapes that did have the logo are Bulitt and Magnum Force, which I own a copy of in a larger cardboard box that has Warner Home Video on it, but the WCI logo appears on the tape. I'm guessing the the first Time Warner variation actually started in 1991 as Gremlins 2 released on video in November or December of 1990 has the Warner Communications byline on it. Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome was one of the first tapes to have the cheesy shield on it and was released in January 1986. Gremlins used the Big W and was released on VHS November 1985.

Every time I see the 2nd version of the WB logo, it immediately reminds me of "Christmas Vacation".

The second one brings back a lot of memories. It scared me the first time I saw it. XD

The third one is definitely better though.
