Hi guys I need help with the title of this kids show they used to show in the uk in the late 80 and early 90s on Channel 4 and then later on the Childrens Channel.All i remember is the starting credits with small minature fairies looking in on a house from a tree.Some fairies creep into the house using a catflap and tiptoe around the cat.They crawl onto a sofa by the table and put the TV on with the remote so the other fairies outside can see the TV put on.and then the shows title comes onscreen. If anyone can help me you would save my sanity.It driving me crazy.Please help

The second show is this cartoon about a white duck also on in the uk on CITV its not Alfred J kwak or Ducktales.It starts of like Winnie the Pooh a book being opened and the artwork turning into a cartoon .The duck has adventures with its animal friends but it ends with its mom tucking it into bed.I remember it being on the mid to late 80s.It like a preschool prog
