Ever find any commercials, as aired on TV, on any commercial pre-recorded VHS tapes (rental or retail) ?
You can't count commercials that were VHS exclusive and NOT shown on TV, only commercials you found on pre-recorded VHS tapes which were AS SHOWN ON TV.
Here are my findings:
My earliest memory of such an encounter was when my family & I rented George Of The Jungle and the copy we were given had 3 Rowntree's Fruit Pastils commercials on it which came on at some point before the main feature. Those 3 commercials all involved a kid eating a fruit pastil and being abducted by a fruit monster, who told him "don't chew!"
I am not sure if it was exactly as it was shown on TV, but I have always known the original printing of Men In Black on VHS for including a Domino's Pizza commercial nearly identical to the one which was shown on TV at the time (Why not order a hot and fresh Domino's Pizza?) . The tape even included a Domino's Pizza coupon!
I also remember a friend's Sylvester & Tweety video including a commercial for Kellog's Coco Pops cereal.

Earlier in the decade, I borrowed the 1996 version of James & The Giant Peach off a friend. At one point in the tape before the main feature, I saw a commercial for Milky Way Crispy Rolls candy. At another point during the tape (which was also before the main feature) , I saw the original Hedgehogs Road Safety PSA.

Just recently, I watched a Dastardly & Muttley bumper collection VHS at a friend's house. Before the main videogram, one got the Coco Pops commercial I also saw on the Sylvester & Tweety tape mentioned earlier, and a commercial for Jelly Babies candy (in a wibbly wobbly league of their own)

There's the "Right Field" Pizza Hut commercial on the VHS of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie. That's my favourite.
I taped a show a few years back called "The 100 Greatest TV Adverts". So I have aload on that video.
The Gang
I have a VHS tape of Home Alone from 1991 with an old Pepsi commercial on it and a VHS tape of Home Alone 2 from 1993 with an old Life Cereal commercial on it. I might start digging through some more of my prerecorded VHS tapes to see if there are any commercials on them.
