I've also, by no intention of my own, seen the video of Bud Dwyer shooting himself on live tv. Unfortunately you can't unsee things and this is just one of them that I wish I could have. So, yeah some censorship is good. I think that a lack of censor ship is one of the reasons why kids aren't so innocent anymore. It's just not the same as when we were little and cartoons and action figures where our whole world.

I think that censorship begins at home. I was raised in a more conservative household than many, and I think that my underexposure to “sensitive” subjects helped my development into moral individual. In the end, kids will make their own decisions as far as growing up goes, but I think that by being frank with children, unlike the way I grew up, and explaining the consequences of immature actions in an adult fashion helps them in growing up morally correct. That is just my belief, as that is how I should have been raised, and is how my brother was raised. I see him as a better person than I was at his age, and that’s a positive thing. However, each child is different, and how the parent handles the censorable material that is exposed, may help in guiding them to a better future.

Amen razzu. I am all for people's rights but these are just disgusting. Keep your porn mature(and animal free) and the snuff fake like pam anderson's boobs. i.e. any bruce willis film. also "the passion of the christ" was a borderline snuff film for me so I can't suggest it to anyone.
