This was a promo for Small World on Cartoon Network that featured footage from Pingu, Soupe Opéra, Christopher Crocodile, Spider!, Old Bear Stories, and Barney the Sheepdog. The British voice over dude chats with Pingu about some of his friends on Small World. And yes, Pingu is Swiss, and he did air on Cartoon Network at one point in time. Soupe Opéra freaked me out when I was little. I own nothing.
