This is a promo for CNX in the UK from 2002 that features Brak from Space Ghost Coast to Coast and the Brak Show. To me, CNX stands for "Cartoon Network Extreme", but in Brak's case, it stands for "Comedy Japanese-Animation Extreme". The Comedy Hour features shows like the Brak Show, Sealab 2021, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Home Movies, Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law, Space Ghost Coast to Coast, and even the Ripping Friends. And yes, Brak was animated with Flash in this promo. I own nothing.
