I don't know where it was originally found, but it was likely a separate 35mm source. It was originally going to be included along with another one of its trailers on various 1985 videotape releases of other Disney classics or contemporary movies but because of the Black Cauldron's financial disaster/negative reviews, it was excluded from further promotion and been lost in time until the 21st century.
