The animated exploits of four foul mouthed kids (Kyle Broflosky, Stan Marsh, Kenny McCormic, Eric Cartman) in the crazy small town of South Park, Colorado.

Created by Trey Parker and Matt Stone, the show was a spinoff of their award winning short films both called "the Spirit of Christmas" which featured the boys witnessing a bout between Jesus and santa, and an older really badly looking version which saw the boys meet evil frosty. it has lasted for 10 seasons, and spawned a successful Movie. Trey Parker and Matt Stone have also created Movies and Shows like Baseketball, Cannibal: the Musical, Orgazmo, Team America: World Police, and That's my Bush.

I am very glad that this show survived even though the episodes have lost their random, creative story lines. Every episode is now based upon current events.

I don't always agree with their point of view (one example being the episode Hooked on Monkey Fonics, which is an episode I could pick apart in a lengthy essay), but it's still one of my favorites. It's not quite my favorite, though, since at least a couple of episodes are pretty bad, like the one I mentioned above, or the episode about Towelie.
