I saw this in a movie about a bus that had to 'speed' around a city, keeping its 'speed' over fifty, and if its 'speed' dropped, it would explode! I think it was called, "The Bus That Couldn't Slow Do...The Simpsons

 Joe Alaskey has been Warner Bros.' #1 replacement from the voices of Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, and Slyvester since the early 90's. He occasionally does Marvin the Martian.
One of his earliest, and very well known, roles was that of Plucky Duck in the show "Tiny Toon Adventures."
He also wrote the "Wild West Medicine Show Revue" for the Six Flags Themepark in Dallas.
