 Released: 1976
Set in a post World War II era (1946), the town of Texarkana, Texas just begins to settle back to normality this is shortly lived when murderer only know as The Phantom Killer begins a series of murders throughout the town. It follows the local law enforcement officials quest to try and find the real killer.
Based on a true story, the film is told with narration in a biopic style.
Directed by Charles B. Pierce (The Legend of Boggy Creek).
