Ghostbusters II

Movie Summary

Released: 1989
Five years after the events of the first film, the Ghostbusters have been plagued by lawsuits and court orders, and their once-lucrative business is bankrupt. However, when Dana begins to have ghost problems again, the boys come out of retirement only to be promptly arrested. The Ghostbusters discover that New York is once again headed for supernatural doom, with a river of ectoplasmic slime bubbling beneath the city and an ancient sorcerer attempting to possess Dana's baby and be born anew. Can the Ghostbusters quell the negative emotions feeding the otherworldly threat and stop the world from being slimed?

I remember watching Ghostbusters 2 as a kid thinking it was twice as scary as the first! The scene with Janosz as a ghost taking the baby away used to creep me out. 0_0

I also loved the pink slime in this movie, and how they used it to bring the Statue of Liberty to life (they could fight Stay Puft with that thing).

Egon!

I love the part when Egon was explaining Vigo the Carpathian's history to Peter and after Egon is done he asks Egon, "Wasn't he also called Vigo the Butch"?

And the part where Peter's testifying on the witness stand at the Courthouse where he says " Shit happens, and who are you gonna call?" and then the people in the courtroom agree with him. And the part where we first see Vigo after he brainwashes and zaps Dana's worker with evil energy and says "I, Vigo, the scourge of Carpathia, the sorrow of Moldavia command you!"
