Movie Summary

This lively children's comedy centers upon a 13-year-old electronic whiz with a knack for building clever remote control gadgets. Young Randy gets into big trouble after one of his inventions destroys his buddy's science project. Afterward, his parents attempt to get him to find other interests. gosh, i cant believe no one remembers this! gosh Tony Longo was in it! people...see this movie its awesome!!

I remember this...I think...its been a very long time, all I can remember is a boy liked R/C cars a lot etc, but I think there was another movie like this in the early 90's also, I use to rent it all the time.
